I've been known to order off menu - at restaurants and in life. I'm particular And I veer off the beaten path.
I want to give you the experience of ordering "off menu" by creating innovative and unique flavors consistently.
Vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, picky eaters, and those with food intolerances are normally forced to order off-menu to get what they need here.
Options for those with dietary preferences and restrictions will always be available to you. Let me know if I can make anything special for you. I'd be delighted.

My name is Trevor. I'm a young father of 2, enjoying life in the pnw. I'm an avid sports fan - especially with basketball and football. I enjoy the outdoors: camping, hiking, and spending time in nature. I also spent 8 months living in Guatemala and speak fluent Spanish. I also have a knack for film and all things av.
I've been known to order off menu - more than just asking restaurants to tweak a menu item - but by breaking out of molds that I was put into.
I'm a big believer that passion fuels change. I've been passionate about cooking since I was a child. Food speaks to me and I listen. Food brings people and cultures together in love (If you haven't watched "Abe', I highly recommend it). I want to use my passion to bring people together and create big changes in the world.

I have designed my products to have multiple uses in the kitchen, much of the packaging is repurposed from previous packages, and the labels are made from recycled material.
The Green Apple PNW Sauce is made with local ingredients and is an homage to the apple orchards of Washington, my home state.
